How long are the trainings usually?

Our trainings range from 1-2 days to 1-week long trainings.


Our modular trainings are 3-5 months long, held weekly.

On which days and at what time are the trainings held?

We typically hold our trainings on Weekdays (In a lot of cases on Thursdays and Fridays) from 10:00 until 16:00 with a one-hour long lunch break (number of training hours / day: net 5 hours), but we do our best to meet the requests and needs of our participants by being flexible when preparing our training calendar.

In what form can I participate in the trainings?

Our trainings are typically held in contact form. In the case of our modular trainings there are also built-in online training days depending on the composition of the group (participants coming from outside Budapest / participants with accommodation difficulties).

Where are the contact trainings held?

Most of our trainings are being held with a maximum of 12-18 participants. The small group trainings are held at the Training Center of BAc & Co. Ltd located at 9 Képíró Street, one minute from Kálvin Square. In addition, we also have corporate onsite trainings.

Our trainings with more than 30 participants are held in the large lecture halls of our contracted partners.

In case of contact trainings, can I join in by video call if I can’t manage to attend it in person?

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible, because we cannot guarantee that the audio and visual quality of the trainings via video call will be the same as in case of face-to-face participation.

If I am unable to attend one of the training days, is there a way I can get the material I missed?

The written material for the training will always be provided in full to the participants.

What happens if I cannot attend one of the days of the longer trainings? Is it still possible to successfully complete the training?

For modular trainings, we can issue a certificate of completion if the trainee has missed no more than 2 training days (maximum 2 days), including the contact and online training days.

Is the training accredited?

Presently our trainings are not accredited.

Is there an exam at the end of each training?

As a final element of the training, participants have the opportunity to complete assessment tests to check their level of mastery in the training material.

What certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course?

A certificate of completion will be issued in all cases.  It will certify the successful completion of the course, but does not provide participants with a state-recognized qualification.

Is it possible to obtain the certificate in languages other than Hungarian?

Yes, we can issue the certificate in any world language you request (including English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Japanese, etc.).

How do I apply for the training?

We will send out an Application Form prior to the start of the course, which must be sent back by the deadline. The application will only be considered successful if we have also successfully received the payment by the given deadline. We shall then conclude an Adult Education Contract with each participant in accordance with the Amendment by 1st September 2020 of the Adult Education Act LXXVII of 2013.

What happens if I do not want to share all my personal data requested?

Providing the data requested on the Application Form to the Adult Education Institution is mandatory for all participants in order to start the training in accordance with the Amendment by 1st September 2020 of the Adult Education Act LXXVII of 2013. Applications will not be accepted if the Application Form is incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate. However, we are only required to record some data in the FAR system (4T data, tax identification data, e-mail address), for which we shall ask you to give your consent separately on the Application Form.

How is the training fee paid?

To participate in the training, you shall pay the full amount of the training fee to the bank account specified on the Application Form by the given deadline.

Can I pay the training fee in several instalments?

In the case of modular training courses, payment in up to two instalments is possible. Ask for our personalized offer!

Can I get any discounts if I participate in more than one training at Bac?

We offer our regular clients* a 5% discount on all training fees. If several employees from the same company enroll for the same training, we offer a 3% discount on the training fee for each participant.


*A regular client is a company/individual who has attended at least 3 training courses in the past and/or has a minimum 1-year consultancy/service/system building contract with our company.

Can I request a company invoice?

Yes, we shall prepare an invoice for you each time you make a payment.

What is the minimum number of participants for the training to start?

The minimum number of participants varies from course to course, but is typically between 12 and 14 persons.

Where can I find out when the next training will start?

You can find information about the upcoming trainings in our Training Calendar on the homepage and also on the webpages of the relevant trainings. We will also send notifications to our subscribers in our newsletters, which include information about the upcoming trainings.

What shall I do if I can’t find all the information about the trainings I was interested in on the website?

If you have any further questions about our trainings, please feel free to contact us at the e-mail address provided by us or via the Contact page. If you prefer verbal communication, please send us your telephone number via the Contact page and we will give you a call.


We will also send you detailed information about the trainings on request. Receipt of this will not result in a binding offer.

What virus protection measures are provided for contact trainings?

Our training room has high interior height and the most modern ventilation system. Before entering the training room, a hands-free hand sanitizer equipment is available for use for the participants, as well as for the instructors. We also provide for the participants and the instructors masks free of charge.


During the pandemic situation, we are holding our trainings in smaller groups, consisting of a maximum of 12 participants, in order to be able to ensure the safe physical distance in the room.


Our Adult Educator Institution is fully prepared – considering the pandemic situation – to switch from the in-person training form to the online form at any time.

I do not have a university / college degree, only a high school diploma. Can I still apply for the training?

I do not agree with certain parts of the service contract, is it possible to negotiate?
